Service means all the mobile applications, websites or software operated by RAY INFORMATICS YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİ MEDYA DANIŞMANLIK VE EĞİTİM TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
Personal Data means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).
Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of Service or from Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
Cookies are small files stored on your device (computer or mobile device).
Data Controller means a natural or legal person who (either alone or jointly or in common with other persons) determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any personal data are, or are to be, processed. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, we are a Data Controller of your data.
Data Processors (Service Providers) means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Data Controller. We may use the services of various Service Providers in order to process your data more effectively. In this regard, some of our applications may be integrated with Google Analytics, Firebase, Revenuecat and Replicate for the purposes of the processing.
The user is the individual using our Service. The User corresponds to the Data Subject, who is the subject of Personal Data.
Data collection varies by app and service. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and message. Some of our apps collect technical and usage information to improve service quality. Depending on the app, this can include the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, general geographic information, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, search terms, other applications you have downloaded, and information about the way you use the app. Some of our apps draw samples from their users, with the help of third-party analytic tools such as Google Firebase, to analyze use of those apps, understand customer needs and trends and improve them. Some of our apps use SDKs to incorporate third-party computer code, which allows advertising partners to collect data directly from those apps to better facilitate online advertising on other websites or the service. If updated in the future, we will incorporate the new features of the SDKs as well to ensure that your data privacy is protected.

RAY INFORMATICS YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİ MEDYA DANIŞMANLIK VE EĞİTİM TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organisation or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.
Some of our apps generate AI images or videos from photos you upload (app-specific details are provided in the sections below). Here's how this works:
We do not share your photos or facial data with third parties beyond our processing partners, who are contractually obligated to handle data in compliance with privacy regulations.
Photo processing. Raven colorizes and edits photos on your device. Your selected photos, scans, captions, and resulting images are not uploaded to our servers, Firebase, or RevenueCat for processing, analytics, or model training. If you use iCloud Photos, Apple may sync your library according to your iCloud settings; we do not operate that sync.
Camera and Photos. Raven uses camera access to scan printed photos and add-only Photos access to save results. The system photo picker lets you choose images without granting access to your entire library. You may deny these permissions and continue using features that do not require them.
Optional analytics and diagnostics. In versions with the “App Analytics” and “Crash Reports” preferences, analytics collection and crash-report submission remain disabled until you confirm. On the sharing introduction, Continue enables both categories. Customize opens preferences with both switches initially selected; opening this screen or changing a switch does not start sharing. Save choices applies your selections, and Decline optional sharing keeps both categories disabled. App Analytics shares usage events, app and device information, and analytics identifiers with Google Firebase to help improve features. Crash Reports independently shares crash reports, app and device information, and diagnostic identifiers with Google Firebase to help fix problems. Photos and captions are not included. You can change either choice independently in Settings → App Analytics or Settings → Crash Reports. Disabling a choice stops future analytics collection or crash-report submission for that category; it does not recall data already sent. Crashlytics may retain diagnostic reports locally after it has been initialized; reports awaiting a new consent decision are discarded rather than sent. Earlier versions used automatic analytics and crash reporting.
Purchases. Raven uses Apple in-app purchases and RevenueCat to provide and restore paid features independently of optional analytics consent. RevenueCat processes an app user identifier, purchase and entitlement information, and technical information needed for this service. It does not receive your photos or captions.
Advertising. Versions with the sharing preference do not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA), enable Google Analytics advertising personalization, or send Apple Ads attribution tokens to RevenueCat. Earlier versions enabled Apple Ads attribution.
Retention and requests. Saved photos remain in your Photos library until you delete them. Analytics, diagnostic, and purchase records are retained under the relevant service settings and service-provider policies; we do not claim that switching sharing off erases previously submitted records. On-device processing. Calculator inputs (e.g., rates, terms, amounts) and the optional AI Explanation feature run on device using Apple’s Foundation Models. These inputs and generated text are processed locally; they are not sent to our servers for model inference.
No model training with your data. Your inputs and explanations are not used to train or fine-tune models.
Nature of the app. Viven provides guided journals, insights, and practices for personal growth and emotional awareness. It is not a medical, psychological, or psychiatric service and does not provide diagnosis or treatment.
No collection of journal content. All guided journal answers, reflections, notes, moods and similar personal inputs are stored only on your device. We do not collect, store, or access this content on our servers.
On-device storage. Your entries are kept in the app’s local storage on your device. You may delete them at any time from within the app or by removing the app from your device.
No AI Processing. Viven does not use cloud-based AI or machine learning models to process your data. Your journal content is not used to train or fine-tune any models.
Analytics and crash reporting. Viven uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app performance and stability. These tools collect non-personally identifiable usage and crash information but do not include your journal content.
Subscriptions. Viven uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat receives purchase-related metadata (such as product identifiers and transaction timestamps) but no journal content.
No advertising SDKs. Viven does not include advertising SDKs and does not share data with advertising partners.
Push notifications. If you enable notifications, we may send reminders related to journaling and practices. Notification tokens are processed by Apple/Google for delivery; we do not use them to profile or track users.
What we process. When you tap Generate, the photo you select (which may show people’s faces), your text prompt and the style options you choose are sent over an encrypted connection to our AI processing partner, only to create the video you requested. The app accesses only the photo you pick; it does not scan your photo library.
Who receives it. Replicate, Inc. (replicate.com, United States) generates the video on our behalf as our data processor. Replicate processes this data only to produce your video and is contractually obligated to protect it with safeguards at least equal to those in this policy. You can read Replicate’s privacy policy at replicate.com/privacy.
Your consent. Nothing is sent before you agree in the app. A consent screen explaining what is sent and to whom appears before your first generation. You can review or withdraw consent at any time under Settings → AI Data Sharing; after withdrawal nothing more is sent unless you agree again.
No face analysis or biometrics. The app does not perform face detection, facial recognition or identity verification, and does not create or store face templates, face geometry or any other biometric identifiers. Faces in your photo are processed only as part of an ordinary image input.
Storage and retention. Your photo and prompt are not stored on our servers. Inputs and generated videos are deleted from Replicate’s systems within 24 hours. Generated videos are stored on your device and are removed when you delete the app.
Account and usage records. The app uses an anonymous account (Firebase Authentication) with no name, email or phone number. For each generation we keep a record containing this anonymous ID, the selected style, time, status and whether a free video, subscription or credit was used, to provide your credits and usage limits and to prevent abuse. These records never contain your photo or prompt. You can ask us to delete them at any time at support@rayinformatics.com.
Analytics and crash reporting. The app uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app usage, performance and stability. These tools do not receive your photos, prompts or videos. The app does not access your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Subscriptions and credits. The app uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and credit purchases. RevenueCat receives the anonymous ID and purchase-related information, but no photos, prompts or videos. Payments are processed by Apple.
No other use. We do not use your photos, prompts or videos to train AI models, for advertising, or to identify anyone, and we do not sell or share them with anyone other than the processing partner named above. The app does not include advertising SDKs.
Photos of other people. Only upload photos you have the right to use; if a photo shows another person, make sure you have their permission.
Age. The app is rated 18+ and is intended only for adults.
HiFi Camera processes camera images on your device and saves photos to your Apple Photos library. If you enable Embed Location, your location is added to the photo’s metadata. HiFi Camera does not send your photos or location to us. If you use iCloud Photos, Apple may sync your library according to your iCloud settings; we do not operate or access that sync.
HiFi Camera does not include analytics, advertising, or third-party crash reporting SDKs. The app does not send usage data or device identifiers to us.
If you choose Contact Us or Suggest a Feature, HiFi Camera opens a draft in your email app. The draft includes the app version and build, iOS version, and device model. You can edit or cancel it before sending. If you send it, we receive your email address and the information in your message and use it to respond to your request.
When you subscribe to premium features, we may collect limited order information such as:

The App may contain links or integrations with external services (such as ads, analytics, or embedded content). These third parties may collect data under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their terms before using any linked services.

If you allow notifications, we may send you app-related messages, updates, and reminders. You can disable push notifications anytime via your device settings.

Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children under 13. If you become aware that a Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected.
