This privacy notice for RAY INFORMATICS YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİ MEDYA DANIŞMANLIK VE EĞİTİM TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) describes how we handle information when you use the Viven mobile application (“App”, “Service”).
By using Viven, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Definitions. In this policy: “Your Content” means anything you add in the App, such as journal entries, reflections, notes, prompt answers, and mood logs. “Shared Content” means the prompts, insights, and practice modules provided by Viven that are the same for all users.
Viven provides guided journals, insights, and practices for personal growth and emotional awareness. Viven is not a medical, psychological, or psychiatric service and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support. If you are experiencing a crisis or need urgent help, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
Viven is designed so that Your Content stays only on your device. We do not collect, store, or access Your Content on our servers.
We also do not require you to create an account to use Viven, and we do not ask for your name, surname, email address, phone number, or physical address within the app.
Your entries and personal inputs are stored locally on your device using standard operating system mechanisms (such as the app sandbox and a local database).
You may delete your entries at any time from within the app, or remove the app from your device (which deletes the app’s local data).
Viven provides Shared Content (such as prompts, insights, and practice modules) that is the same for all users. Shared Content may be hosted on our infrastructure (for example, Firebase Firestore) so it can be displayed in the app. Your Content is not uploaded, is not sent to Firestore, and is not stored on our servers.
Viven does not use cloud-based AI or machine learning models to process Your Content. Your Content is not used to train or fine-tune any models.
To understand app performance and improve stability, Viven uses Mixpanel and Firebase Analytics for basic product analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting. These tools collect non-personally identifiable usage and crash information and do not include Your Content.
Examples of analytics events we may collect include:
For example: When you open the app, we may record an “app launch” analytics event. This helps us understand how many sessions occur and which app version is being used (for example, app version/build and platform).
We aim to minimize data collection and avoid collecting free-form text through analytics. We do not use analytics for targeted advertising and do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Viven may offer premium features via in-app purchases and subscriptions. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and validate purchases.
RevenueCat receives purchase-related metadata (such as product identifiers and transaction timestamps) to provide subscription status. RevenueCat does not receive Your Content. Payment is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not receive your full payment card details.
If you enable notifications, we may send reminders related to journaling and practices. Notification tokens are processed by Apple/Google for delivery. We do not use notification tokens to profile users or track them across other services. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
We use SDKs to incorporate third-party computer code into our app, which allows our advertising partners to collect data directly from the app to better facilitate online advertising on other websites or the service. If updated in the future, we will incorporate the new features of the SDKs as well to ensure that your data privacy is protected.
We do not sell or rent your data.
We may share limited data only in the following cases:
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data related to Viven, including restricted access to infrastructure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Viven is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has used the App in a way that results in data collection, please contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Viven after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
